Great Lake House!!

What a great lake house! Very spacious waterfront house with a dock and sandy beach for the kids to play. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Everything was great!

This was our first booking with a vacation rental by owner and I must say that it was a great experience. Everything in this rental was exactly as the website and pictures indicated and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the views, kayaking (2 included in rental plus we brought 3 of our own), relaxing on the large secluded deck, fishing (actually caught fish - crappie, bluegill and perch) and also enjoyed time inside playing board games and just relaxing. The cabin felt like home from the minute we arrived, it was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook, entertain and accommodate a family of 6. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone that is thinking of it. The local town of Rathdrum has all amenities and is a ten minute drive.  Rental, payment, insurance and communications with the booking manager were all very positive, and our deposit was returned within 36 hours! Only two very minor issues: 1) The wireless modem is in the master bedroom and the connectivity is pretty slow if you are on the deck or at the front of the house. But hey - you're not there to stare at facebook, and it did work really well in the bedrooms and living room.  2) The BBQ was not cleaned by the last person that used it, but all the tools were supplied and it only took me a few minutes to get it ready.  So if you are thinking of renting - like I said, everything was great and barring the two minor things I would have scored 5/5.

Absolutely wonderful!

Several relatives and I stayed at Twin  Lakes retreat for 4 days. The house is huge! The view is spectacular! I love a good recliner chair and there are 3 in the living room. I also have bad knees and loved the fact that you could walk into the house with no stairs and have a bedroom and full bath on the main floor. The chairs on the wrap around porch were very comfortable as well as all the rest of the beds and furniture. The upstairs bedroom is huge! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here. I would like to give it a bad rating just so no one else finds out about it, but I just can't be that dishonest. We had a wonderful time here and we will definitely be back!
