   We only rent out the entire house during Peak Season. All other times of the year you can book the upper level only if you would like (up to 6 people).

   2-night minimum all year around, a 3-night minimum for Holiday's and 4-night minimum during the second half of the  month of June, 7-night minimum during Peak Season.

   

   Check In: 4 pm Check Out: 11 am

   8% Idaho sales and lodging tax
   Cleaning fee is $225 for the upper level, if renting the entire house the cleaning fee is $350.
   Motor rental for row boat if applicable $200.
   Small non-shedding dogs considered: $35 per night up to a maximum charge of $175 per dog.      

   (Dogs must be crated if they are going to be left alone.)
